Couples Counseling
I help couples communicate more openly, feel safer with each other, and find their way back to caring and connection.
Right now, your relationship may feel harder than it used to. It can be difficult to feel close or enjoy time together when life is busy and stress is high. You may find yourselves arguing more, feeling misunderstood, or saying things you later wish you could take back. Even when you’re trying your best, it can feel like you keep missing each other.
You may worry that the only way to be heard is by getting upset, even though you hate the conflict. You’ve probably tried to fix things on your own, like reading, asking for advice, or giving each other space, but you still feel stuck. You want things to get better, and you don’t want to lose what you’ve built together. You just need a clearer path forward.
You’re in the right place.
I offer a supportive and respectful space where both partners can slow down, be heard, and begin to understand each other in new ways. Together, we look at what matters most to each of you and explore practical ways to move forward.
In our work together, you can learn how to:
Listen with greater understanding
Express your needs more clearly
Reduce misunderstandings
Rebuild trust
Set healthy boundaries
Work through conflict with less hurt
My role is not to take sides, but to help you understand what is really happening beneath the surface. We focus on honest conversations, mutual respect, and the strengths that first brought you together.
Change takes time and courage, but many couples begin to feel hopeful again as they gain new tools and understanding.
Getting Started
Before beginning couples sessions, I schedule a free 15-minute consultation with each partner individually. After that, we meet together.
At times, I may suggest brief questionnaires or simple exercises between sessions. These are designed to support your progress and can be adapted to fit your learning style and schedule.
